WHAT can be returned?
All products are returnable IF the product is in the same condition as when purchased. This includes the product packaging.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
No later than 7 days after purchase.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORISATION, product can be returned to: ISS, 8 Charlotte Street

HOW do customers return items?
Contact us via email or by phone to obtain a RETURN AUTHORISATION.

SHIPPING for returns?
Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.

CREDIT for returns?
Your credit card will be refunded once the item is inspected and received LESS our 20% restock fee.

Product Packing Materials?
The product’s packing material must be in same condition as when received.
